Scheduled Flights. Missions where the main goal is to move cargo or
passengers on a scheduled frequency. |

OPERATIONS MISSIONS |
O1 |
Combat. Aerial activity, engagements, or attacks conducted by
committed units of aircraft, under the operational control of a theater commander or other
appropiate authority, against an enemy of the United States or an opposing foreign force.
Any flying activity in direct support of friendly forces engaged in armed conflict which
occurs in a designated combat area. Specific mission subsymbols, using numeric suffixes,
may be designated locally. Only flight time logged within the designated combat area will
be logged as O-1. (See Note 1.) |
O2 |
