NOTES:
- First Character - Training level shows pilot's current status.
- Second Character - Requirements status indicates each pilot's compliance with the
prescribed standards during the preceding training period.
- Third Character - The reason for prorata or for incomplete training reqirements.
- Change the PQI training level (first character) and PQI date anytime the commander
assigns the flier a new training level.
- Ensure PQIs for active fliers is current. Inactive fliers PQI should reflect their last
active flying qualification and training date.
